Cancellation Policy

To ensure quality service for every pet, appointments are by reservation only. Please arrive on time. Significant delays may result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and in good health. If your pet shows any signs of illness, please inform us before your appointment. Additional charges may apply for significant mats, heavily matted fur, behavioral issues requiring more time, or special care. These will always be explained before grooming begins. Your pet's well-being is our priority. If grooming poses a risk to their health or stress level, we reserve the right to interrupt or modify the service. Thank you for your trust.
